Nuwehoop Ranger Training College

My name is Marvin Basson and i am the founding member of a company called Delta T.A.C. I founded Delta T.A.C. in 2020 after i saw an opportunity to establish a company that will specialize in the conservation and protection of rhino and wildlife in Namibia. I also saw that there was a shortage qualified and well trained Rangers and this was the reason why i saw it appropriate to establish a company that will train and deploy Rangers with dogs for the protection of rhino and wildlife in Namibia. Since our founding in 2020 we have been having alot of problems with regard to reaching the target of training more Rangers and having dogs for deploying with our Ranger teams. We were able to train 75 Rangers since 2020, and deploy them. We were able to have 3 dogs for deployment after their were trained. It is our aim that through this initiative we will be able to train more Rangers and buy more dogs for deployment. We also intend to establish our own dog school where we will breed and train our own dogs, especially the Belgian Malinois, Dutch Shepherd and working line German Shepherd. We have acquired land where we intend to setup our college and dog school. By participating in this event it will help us to do what we set out to do. I have 23 years experience with regard to conservation work.
